You have 15 working days from the day you receive your package to let us know if you'd like a refund or to exchange any products. Products must be returned in a saleable condition to be eligible (i.e. unopened, unused). To begin this process just get in touch with us at with your order information.

If Royal Mail returns your package to us because you put an incorrect delivery address or you weren't available to receive or collect your package, we will refund you for the cost of the products minus the delivery cost. Alternatively, we can re-deliver your package for an additional charge.

If your package has been damaged in transit, please let us know at within 7 working days of receiving it, along with your order information and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, free of further delivery charges or a refund which includes your cost to return your items back to us.
