You have 15 working days from the day you receive your package to let us know if you'd like a refund or to exchange any products. Products must be returned in a saleable condition to be eligible (i.e., unopened, unused). To begin this process just get in touch with us at with your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

If Royal Mail returns your package to us because you put an incorrect delivery address or you weren't available to receive or collect your package, we will refund you for the cost of the products minus the original delivery cost. Alternatively, it can be redelivered for an additional charge.

If a product has been damaged in transit, please let us know at within 7 working days of receiving your order along with your order confirmation email and photos. We will arrange a replacement, free of further delivery charges or a refund which includes your cost to return the item to us.
